The vast majority of people who step into ministry are missing a crucial piece of the puzzle.
While possessing a passion for vocational ministry and gifted with a drive to follow God’s call for their lives, they lack experience. They may have the theological grounding needed to operate in ministry, but are missing the hands-on, nitty-gritty, nuts-and-bolts training that enables them to be an even more effective leader.
At Bethesda School of Ministry, we make sure that our students learn how to minister by participating in ministry. Our interns are not glorified errand runners. They work alongside Bethesda Community Church’s mentors, pastors, and staff to actively learn how to be ministry leaders who can make a difference. Bethesda students leave our program fully equipped to jump into vocational ministry and impact lives for Christ.
Our internship program is offered in two tracks: Worship Ministry and Pastoral Ministry.
We want to equip new leaders to walk in obedience to God’s plan for their lives and not get tripped up by the day-to-day challenges of ministry. Our internship programs have been created with that in mind. If you would like to talk with us about our internship programs, please contact Zach DeGroat for further details.
